Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can. If you would like to cancel a stock item such as fork decals, sticker sheets, decal sheets and plastics, these can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. You will receive a 100% refund.
If you have ordered any product which is custom printed to order, such as graphic kits and number plate decals, the following refund will be given.
- Cancel immediately after placing order — FULL REFUND
- Cancel before a design proof is sent — FULL REFUND
- Cancel after a design proof is sent and approved — 50% REFUND ONLY
- Cancel after an order is printed, but before it's dispatched — REFUND OF POSTAGE ONLY
- Cancel after an order is dispatched — NO REFUND
Can I return a non-customised product?
Yes. Non-customised products such as fork decals, sticker sheets, decal sheets and plastics can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any item. You will receive a full refund once the item is received and inspected.
