For all orders placed through zero9mx.com, please allow 3 to 4 business days for handling, in most cases we will ship your order next day or the following business day.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship 5 days week, Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 2:30 pm GMT. All orders placed after 2:00 pm GMT will not ship until the following business day.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 pm GMT, usually ship the next business day. ZERO9MX customers will receive an email or SMS/text notification with tracking information once their order has shipped. The entire order will be shipped together, when possible. However, in some instances we do send partial shipments when items are on backorder.

ZERO9MX ships via DHL / Royal Mail as its man carriers for all countries.. Estimated transportation times are below (NOTE: Free Shipping and ground service is not guaranteed).
 
United Kingdom:           1-2 business days
Western US:       2-4 business days
Midwest:             3-5 business days
Eastern US:       5-7 business days
 
Business day means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve (added), Christmas Day, Labor Day and Memorial Day.
