PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed Monday – Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 pm GMT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm GMT will be processed the following business day.

• Custom Printed Graphic Kits & Decals: Please allow 4 to 5 business days for design, printing, curing, and packaging. In many cases we will dispatch sooner.
• In-Stock Items (Plastics & Accessories): Please allow 1 to 2 business days for handling and dispatch.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE & POLICY

We ship 5 days a week, Monday – Friday. All orders placed after 2:00 pm GMT will ship the following business day. Zero9 MX Graphics customers will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.

The entire order will be shipped together when possible. However, in some instances, we send partial shipments if items are on backorder.

• Express (176g–500g): £4.95 (1–3 business days)
• Express (500g+): £4.95 (1–3 business days)

European Union

• Free Standard International Shipping (Orders £250.00 and over): Free (2–8 business days)
• Standard Small Items (Up to 1,000g): £7.95 (3–5 business days)
• Standard Heavy Items (1,000g+): £15.00 (2–7 business days)
• Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties or local VAT applicable in their destination country.

United States

• Free Standard International Shipping (Orders £250.00 and over): Free (4–10 business days)
• Standard Small Items (Up to 1,000g): £7.95 (7–10 business days)
• Standard Heavy Items (1,000g+): £25.00 (4–7 business days)
• Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in the United States.
