PROCESSING TIMES

For all orders placed through zero9mxgraphics.com, please allow 3 to 4 business days for handling. In most cases we will ship your order next day or the following business day.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship 5 days a week, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 2:30 pm GMT. All orders placed after 2:00 pm GMT will not ship until the following business day.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 pm GMT usually ship the next business day. Zero9 MX Graphics customers will receive an email or SMS/text notification with tracking information once their order has shipped. The entire order will be shipped together when possible. However, in some instances we do send partial shipments when items are on backorder.

• Express (0–100g): £2.95 — 1–3 business days
• Express (100–175g): £4.95 — 1–3 business days

European Union

• Free Standard International Shipping (orders £250.00 and over): Free — 5–8 business days
• Standard International Post (90–100g): £7.95 — 3–5 business days
• Standard International Plus (1,100–1,200g): £15.00 — 2–7 business days

United States

We ship to the United States via DHL / Royal Mail International.
