RETURNS / REFUNDS
Non custom printed products:
You may return non custom printed products for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. All items being returned must be unused, in brand new condition, and with the original packaging.
Items supplied correctly are to be returned at the buyers expense. When your order is returned to us it will be inspected and refunded.
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, this process can take up to 10 working days.
If you need to return an item, please contact us and provide us with the following information.
- Name on the order
- Order number
- Order date
- Product being returned
- Reason for returning the item
We will respond to you as quickly as possible with instructions on how to return any items from your order.
ZERO9 MX are not responsible for product failure due to improper installation, normal wear or crash damage. Off -road / motocross products are a consumable item and should be replaced after a reasonable period of normal riding use.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to damage or wear.
CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS:
We do not accept returns or offer any refunds on any custom printed products, unless they are supplied incorrectly or, have printing defects.
It is essential that you thoroughly check and review your order before placing your order. Make sure that you have supplied the correct bike make / model / year information. We will print your order with the exact same colour choices, race number options and name spellings that you provide in the option choices.
Once your order is in the production phase, no changes can be made.
Check your graphics or seat cover are correct before fitting, once applied no refunds will be given.
