You may return defective or incorrectly supplied products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Any defective incorrectly supplied products must first be returned to ZERO9 MX at the buyers expense where it will be inspected and refunded, or a new item sent out.

Items being returned must be in as new condition and with the original packaging.
 

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. This process can take up to 10 working days once we receive the defective product. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

ZERO9 MX are not responsible for product failure due to improper installation, normal wear or crash damage.

Off-road / motocross products are a consumable items and should be replaced after a reasonable period of normal riding use.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to damage or wear.
